First lets understand what is azoospermia?
Azoospermia is the medical term used when there is no sperm in semen at all.

What is Normal sperm count report?
Normal sperm count ranges from 15 million to greater than 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculation.

How to improve sperm count and sperm health?

1. Get enough zinc:
Taking zinc supplements increases testosterone levels and sperm count in those who have low level of zinc
2. Regular exercise:
Studies have shown that men who exercise regularly have higher testosterone levels and better semen quality than inactive men

4. Getting enough Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is an antioxidant. It reduces the oxidative stress in our body. This process is very important for sperm health and sperm quality.

1. Foods high in Zinc such as:
meat, fish, eggs, and shellfish
Legumes like chickpeas, lentils and beans all contain substantial amounts of zinc. You can also add squash, pumpkin hemp and sesame seeds in your diet.
2. Foods rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin D
3. Tribulus terrestris, also known as puncture vine, is a medicinal herb frequently used to enhance male fertility.
4. Ashwagandha

Additionally management: stress control, proper sleep hygiene, healthy diet and regular exercise. It will improve the overall scenario.
